Prenatal Pilates

Thoughtfully designed Reformer and mat sessions to support you through pregnancy and recovery. Classes focus on building strength, stability and mobility, with particular attention to the core, pelvic floor and lower back. Gentle, progressive movement helps ease common discomforts and supports your body as it changes ahead of birth.

Postnatal Pilates

A calm, supportive space to rebuild strength and reconnect with your body after birth. Using a blend of mat and Reformer Pilates, sessions focus on restoring core stability, posture and pelvic floor through safe, progressive movement. Babies that arern't yet mobile are welcome to attend.

1 Session: £60 per session
5 Sessions: £275 (£55 per session)
10 Sessions: £500 (£50 per session)

Duet sessions combine shared motivation with tailored guidance. Each programme is adapted to your needs.
