My private Reformer studio is based in Chedworth (GL54). Full address and parking details are sent upon booking.

I offer:

  • 1:1 Reformer Sessions
  • 2:1 Reformer Sessions
  • Group Mat Classes

No — all sessions can be tailored for absolute beginners through to advanced movers. Your first session includes an intro assessment so we can set the right level.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing (similar to gym wear), ideally:

  • No zips (they damage the Reformers)
  • Grip socks
  • Hair tied back

  • For reformer classes, bring some water, grip socks
  • For group mat classes, bring your own mat and head pad

You can purchase some from the studio.

Grip socks keep the equipment clean and hygienic.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at full price.

Yes — Pilates is highly adaptable. Please let me know in advance so I can tailor the session appropriately. If you’re under a physiotherapist / surgeon, clearance may be required for certain injuries.

Yes — I offer safe, modified sessions for prenatal and postnatal clients. Please inform me as early as possible so I can programme accordingly.

I have two Merrithew Reformers.

Your initial session includes:

  • A short movement assessment
  • Discussion of goals/history
  • Introduction to Reformer safety and key principles
  • A tailored workout appropriate for your level

Most clients feel results with 1–2 sessions per week, but this can vary depending on goals.

Yes — discounted blocks are available for private and duet Reformers, as well as mat class terms.

Yes — Pilates supports core strength, posture, and mobility. Many clients find significant improvement.

Absolutely. Pilates is for every body — many of my clients are male, including those looking to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and athletic performance.

Yes — duet Reformer sessions are ideal if you enjoy working out together and want personalised programming at a lower cost per person.

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for private sessions, duet sessions, or mat class terms.
